We have daytime and after school appointments available, however we want every child to receive the services they need. Montgomery Speech Therapy is happy to have added teletherapy to our speech therapy services. How does it work? The SLP essentially does all of the same things she or he does in person - targeting goals with motivational reinforcers scattered in between - only virtually via videoconferencing software. The child may use a phone, tablet, or computer to work with the therapist. Teletherapy also provides parents with the opportunity to practice with your child with the therapist there to guide you in how to best support the child to achieve his or her speech and language goals!
